We are two seasoned chefs, united by over a decade of experience, a shared Caucasian heritage, and a passion for food that brings people together.

Our cuisine blends authentic flavors from the Caucasus with a modern European touch—crafted with heart, precision, and respect for every ingredient.

Before founding Fusion Kaukasus, we honed our skills in some of Berlin’s most renowned kitchens, including Hotel Palace Berlin, Sheraton Berlin, and the House of World Cultures.
